Awesome product from awesome enterprise
More than 1L capacity. Good heating, can boil the contents. Once the liquid starts boiling, automatically switches off. At 600 INR, its quite good value for money since the product is of that quality. Using it for 1 year, but no problem encountered. Not for boiling any liquids other than water

Service Center is not available at all towns
This product was purchased for my elderly parents for them to heat water for their drinking and cooking purpose. We have been using electric kettles for the last 15 plus years. This time around the brand was prestige so I was not very worried about the durability, unfortunately what happened was that the auto switch off function did not work and the kettle went on heating the water after which it stopped functioning. When I went home to visit my parents and saw that the product has failed I tried to look for a service Center to claim warranty and fix the issue, could not find the service Center in Manipal and hence ended up taking it to a local electric repair shop. They changed the switch and yet the auto switch off function is not working. I ended up buying locally another electric kettle and this brand new piece is now just lying there at home without a solution. Iâd appreciate if TTK prestige did offer me a solution for the same.
