The design and finishing of the product are satisfactory, with the exception of a few design flaws. I purchased this item and have only used it twice. Unfortunately, the screw has already started to rust. It is surprising to see a low-quality screw used in an otherwise good product. Additionally, the position and convenience of the handle on the idly plate are a bit awkward. Every time I handle the idli plate, I end up burning my fingers as the bowl gets very hot and the handle is too close to it. It is also quite challenging to place the plate in position using the three different handles. It would have been better if they had designed a plastic handle or a holder tool to make it easier to position the plate.

Product is a bit big for a family of 4. Its handle is good and its sturdy. The depth of idli plates are small, however its easy to use.

Position of handle of the plates
It is difficult to take out the hot idli plate from the Kadhai . Itâs handle should be attached in the middle of the plate and you canât use both the idle plates at the same time when the idles are cooking they touch the the upper plate. Quality of the product is good but it is worst product to use I want to change if possible
