Issue with mobile of lower android version than 9
It is working very smartly and easy to operate by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and manually. Easy to install app. However, it requires mobile of Android version 9 and above. It doesn’t work with my mobile having android version 7. Manufacturer should pay attention to modify the software so that it can be operated by mobile of lower android version 5

Disappointing Product and Unreliable App Experience
I recently purchased the Qubo Smart Plug with the intention of tracking the energy consumption of my AC. However, the product has proven to be a significant disappointment, primarily due to the appâs severe shortcomings.Firstly, the app only connects via Bluetooth, and the advertised WiFi connectivity is completely non-functional. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to update the WiFi settings or connect the device to WiFi. This limitation renders the product far less convenient and useful than expected.Moreover, the app itself provides no meaningful information or insights about the power consumption, which was the primary reason for my purchase. It fails to deliver on its core promises, leaving users with a smart plug thatâs anything but smart.I checked the app reviews after my frustrating experience and noticed a flood of one-star ratings, which confirms that many other users share my dissatisfaction. Given the number of Qubo products in the market, itâs unacceptable that the app is in such a poor state.In its current form, this app should not be available on the Apple App Store.
