Good product
The water heater is instant & works beautifully. This is the best brand when it comes to water heaters, only problem is the accessories.The package doesn’t have anything else except the water heater. Please buy the following yourself1) Screws2) Inlet & Outlet tubes (bought Racold set)3) Plug topEven screws & plug top together wouldn’t cost more than 50, still these people don’t want to give along with product. Installation is expensive if done by company service center.Good brand but has no extra value beyond the brand name.

Service and Installation
As always Racold is the best gyser but just by buying a great product will not satisfy a customer thats when we have to assess the service quality.Mr.Shivkumar from Racold attended my request and provided timely installation of the product and was quick and very professional with respect to his work , also patient enough to gave a good demo of the geyser. This is what a customer would look for in a product the service person’s attitude to attend the case and provide after sales service which was both excellent in my case.

The geyser was installed in a proper way and Racold has been a trusted name. I had a Racold geyser earlier hence I purchased it again. The technician was good in getting this installed however there has been too much push on giving a feedback . I did mention that I will have the feedback shared however this was chased very agressively and q follow up call done alost every other day for that which is not appreciated at all . STOP CHASONG PEOPLE FOR FEEDBACK. It will be done once we experience the product for a few days

No replacement has been received.
We have not received the product. The delivery being shown is all wrong.The defective replacement unit was to be collected at the time of making the delivery of the fresh unit. The replacement unit continues to be with us.
