Worst and pathetic
The most worst and pathetic CS support from Realme and also Amazon. Called Amazon help on 2nd day after receiving the mobile stating as this mobile doesn’t support MDM feature they redirected to Realme support. Realme support lady called on 6th day, asked to switching the mobile to download and run dpc test app from playstore. After diagnosis the result clearly showed as MDM not supported. She asked to shared the QR code via screenshot to her. Later she told she will raise the return request and process for refund via Amazon. 24days later also no reply from Realme or Amazon.When called to Amazon, the CS representative disconnect the calls after being on call with them for more than 25mins.Calls/chats to Amazon = 8 & 15Realme support number doesn’t reach.Worst worst and really worst.

fantastic product
I bought this to gift my sister and used it for 10-15 days before she came home. I have used it to its maximum capacity in all aspects and it has surprised me. The performance is way better than what I expected from the chipset because its the 1st time i saw it. It can do pretty good gaming. The display is pretty balanced, the features work all just fine. Sensors are very responsive and the phone is worth trusting because of the 48 month fluency verification.
