Used Defective Piece that I can’t be returned
Its a laptop that appears to have been used extensively in past and physical appearance wasn’t good due to wear and tear. Upon receipt made a quick check and realised that the display brightness adjustment buttons on keyboard were not working. Checked the display settings and even there we could not adjust brightness.Tried to seek return the same day but interestingly Amazon policy doesn’t allow it. So, struck with a defective laptop.This product is a scam. Go for a better and cheaper product at Delhi’s Nehru Place..

The Laptop is like Brand New , All ports and functions work very well, but the only drawback is the battery backup, after fully charged the battery lasts hardly 1 – 1.5 hours.overall product is very good at the price of 13799

Sticky Back Panel and Paint Damage on Laptop from usedyetnew
I received a laptop today from usedyetnew in perfect condition. However, the back panel was very sticky at random places, which I initially thought was due to sticker residue. I used hand sanitizer with alcohol to clean it, but to my surprise, the paint came off from that portion. It seems the laptop was painted and dispatched in a wet condition without any information or warning to avoid touching the back panel until it dried. I did not expect this from a reputable seller like usedyetnew. Before ordering this laptop, I had ordered it from another seller but canceled that order after seeing excellent reviews for usedyetnew. I even paid an extra Rs 500/-, but this was the disappointing experience I had.Update: 17-July-2024I have sent a mail with details to usedyetnew for solution. Awaiting revert!Update: 18-July-2024I spoke with the usedyetnew team, and they agreed to replace the item without any issues. Amazon was quick to respond and arranged for the return pickup. The item is on its way back for replacement. So far, so good. Let’s see how it goes.Final Update – Received replacement laptop in damaged condition the second time. Spent hours chatting with Amazon & discussing with CS. Tried contacting seller but in vain. My negative update is not getting published, I have tried thrice. Avoid buying from this seller.
