 Product is in good condition looks good and works as expected no heating problem bench mark result is also good i upgraded ram 16. Battery life is great overall good refurbished laptop recommended for student and working prof for personal laptop

An absolutely abysmal and terrible purchase decision.
An absolute ABYSMAL and HORRIBLE experience so far. It has been 4 days since laptop has been delivered and yet new problems come up one by one. Started with1. Function key does not work2. Alt key does not work3. On fourth day of usage, the internal battery which is “Battery 1” here has completely died and now the laptop is failing to charge altogether.Checked the battery stats and the internal battery is at 98% wear which means only 2% battery life is available for usage.20 mails and 10 calls later USEDYETNEW support does not care or isn’t even responding either and delaying every single day with just one mail or whatsapp reply. Their support staff is absolutely clueless as to how to handle a hardware troubleshooting case.Amazon is now giving the option of a technician visit instead of a replacement/return,which is fine but this is a TERRIBLE and HORRIBLE shopping experience. Would request everyone reading this to avoid throwing their hard earned money at USEDYETNEW and instead pay a little more for a better product from more reputed sellers instead. Will update this review further if there are any changes.

Its been 6 days im using this laptop, so here’s the breakdown -1.Display – Best in class, Its Full hd Lcd panel2.Battery ð- You can get 5 to 6 hours with full charge, normal use3. Performance- Top class i5 8th im satisfied with the speed4. Condition- It was just like new full marks5. Quality is okay also6. Value for money- 100% i got it at @17100 , its a must buyIssues- I thought the charger will be original but it is not but it supports same voltage so its great2nd issue many other users also facing that the screen automatically turn off on for a sec as you plug in charger, but i usually charge it when i don’t use the laptop so its not creating any problem for me but others can try this one method… i have shared a second photo of the adapter it got loose there..i think that’s why the issue happens, just put it tightly.Thanks for reading

It’s working fine.
It’s been a month. The laptop is working fine. I had received it with almost no scratches or dent. It’s like almost new laptop. However battery life is bit worring. Since it last for 2-3 hrs or sometimes around 4 hours. But I don’t have problem, I can use it with plug on everytime as long as it working fine.In relation to price it’s value for money.

Good laptop with tons of features.
This thinkpad laptop sold by recyclekart is very good in terms of machine. Everything is fine but i had some software glitches which is solved by the seller Recyclekart within 1 week. It also has some scratches in body but no part is damaged.Except this, laptop is good, also no parts are changed. Overall Iâm happy with purchase.

Bad conditions, Dirty, screen scratched & rubber markings
Never ever order this laptop from this vendor. I ordered two for my business and I’m regretting now. The laptop was nicely packed and delivered before time. When I opened the box, the laptop was filthy. After cleaning it when I booted the laptop I realized there are some deep scratches and rubber markings on the screen. I don’t know how the rubber markings got on the screen, but the screen is in bad condition. No matter what I did, couldn’t able to get rid of the rubber markings. The screen resolution is so poor, it felt like a 15 years old laptop. After booting, couple of unlicensed softwares started popping up and asking for paid registration fees. Only good thing about the laptop is, it comes with windows activated and MS office. Haven’t checked the battery backup, so no idea about that. The charging cable is loose. Don’t order it. You can’t return it, can only ask for replacement. Also replacement will take lot of time.
