The TV is a good upgrade for those who want something within 35K range along with brand quality , warranty & easy servicing. The picture clarity is amazing and comes with all latest features needed in a smart TV. The remote is very sleek and handy. The Tizen software is working without any issues till date for me. This is worth buying for 43 Inch.. If you are planning for any size above that then go for other better models with features worth that cost..Those who are bashing this TV with bad reviews are the one’s who expect 10 Lakh TV features in a 35K one. Just go for it, you will not regret..

Pros:1. The performance seems good,2. Picture clarity awesome.3. OS running smoothly as of now still I will updateCon: 1. Buy smartly as box not included the table mount stand you have to pay 2000 approx2. The remote control did not have voice control option ð3. After same service I have doubt as Amazon will not take care4. I have issue with seller as packing dates on box and tv units are mismatched. After multiple calls with Amazon customer care and wasting my time it’s still not resolved. So I have to take the one which delivered to me.

This Samsung TV boasts it is 24 model, but to our shock it does not have a remote which can be used to control the functions of TV, especially no audio orders can be given, ie, no mike. The technical team has directed us, senior citizens to download the samsung app to control the programs. This is not expected from big companies like Amazon and Samsung. Really shocking and disappointing.

Build quality – Does the job. There are panel gaps, the screen bleeds a bit from the edges. Considering I paid more than what most other brands ask, it leaves more to be desired.Display – Not bad. It’s not an IPS panel so you may notice (but not very evident) a slightly reduced brightness and some dullness in colors when viewed from the sides. The Filmaker mode is what makes it outshine many other TVs in its class so that’s a good thing.Sound – Clear but not very loud. The 20W speakers are okay for a small-medium sized room. Vocals are clear, bass is good what lacks is loudness, you would enjoy the music but it may not make you wanna groove on the beats. A good feature that they have is multi output audio – this allows you to pair any bluetooth speaker and use both your TV and the speaker audio together.UI/OS – Since it’s not Android, I was expecting it to be very light and quick but to my surprise it has the same Google TV jitters. I am pretty sure that the OS is lightweight but Samsung is skimping on the processor so don’t expect it to handle fast remote action very nicely. The UI is okay too, there are things to like and not like. The app selection is limited of course but for an average user it has got everything you may need.Voice assistant – Bixby is just outright bad. When I switched to Alexa it performed a bit better and faster but definitely no where close to what Google assistant can do.Remote – The remote is sleek, tactile and nice, nothing to dislike about it.Smart features – They have integrated the SmartThings app very well, you will find many features that are not available in any other OS such as virtual gamepad, quick text input from phone, etc.Samsung TV Plus – Utter useless garbage. I am not even sure why is it in the TV let alone they are promoting it as a unique feature. The channels are mostly useless free-to-air and in almost unwatchable quality.Conclusion – Definitely not a bad TV if you get it under 30k, anything above isn’t worth spending. Your bet is on the brand name and the expected durability and service, apart from that, there’s nothing special in-here you instead lose on many things which the competition offers at a lower price. There are much better options available at lower prices if “Samsung” name is not important to you. Good luck.
