Grill function will just warm food and that’s it.
I bought this after seeing the Microwave+ Grill function. Microwave works okay but Grill function is not good. After 20mins of ‘grilling’ chicken, it was still raw. Also the light inside is really low intensity and none can see what is happening inside. You have to stop and open it to check.Either just buy a Microwave only Owen or get combined from another brand. This is not worth its pricePros:1. Looks good2. Microwave is okayCons:1. Grill function doesn’t do anything.2. Inside light is just for ornamental purpose, not enough illumination for visibility.3. Complicated UI. Won’t advise to get this for parents who are not tech inclined.

Simple Microwave & Grill device. Finishing is great. Had to buy this 23 lit due to constraints in depth space on platform.Best part is the controls are clicky buttons & clicky knob and not a flat membrane button.Yes, the darkened door is pointless as there is zero visibility of whats going on inside despite it being illuminated.Samsung demonstration session was helpful to understand the intricacies. Also, could purchase extended AMC for 4 additional years for Rs 1550 from the Samsung personnel who visited for the demo.Bear in mind that panel or magnetron failure can cost thousands so a 4 year AMC is highly recommended.
