Watch and Fitness band
Very nice one from Samsung. I dont know do we call it watch or fitness band. Watch in fitness band form factor. Battery backup is 13 days if all features are off except tap to wake. If you use aod, raise to wake, vibrations, bluetooth, notifications then battery will drain fast. Sleep stats spo2 pulse all are not dependable for accuracy and have to be kept in manual for battery to last long before you charge it next. Charger cable is type C so it another headache to find adapter with type c slot. Build is nice metal frame and color pops out of amoled screen looks beautiful. Samsung Wearable app support has many watch faces and this watch is also integrated to samsung health app. Works on samsung phones butter smooth.

Good or is it?
Week-1 Pros-Touch to wakeThe screen will turn on by simply touching it. I found it to be a really usefull featjre because raise to wake is so distracting especially if you move yours hands a lot.PedometerThe pedometer is simply great. It works really well even if you are not moving your hands (or maybe thats how pedometer works). However it has a disadvantage which I will later talk about. The screen:Amoled screen is simply elegant. Because of this screen always on display (AOD) is possible. The watch faces are limited but good. Charging-The charging is fast, you can literally see the numbers going up in front of your eyes (if you are patient, its possible with any device ). However there is something I dont like with the charger which I will talk about later.Comfort:The watch is comfy and feels premium. The sides are made of aluminum but could easily pass of as titanium to an unsuspecting person. The straps are compact and fits most hands (my wrist size is so small that I could probably take the gold bar from the glass box).UI -The UI, which is not wear OS (so you cannot install additional apps ) is really smooth, or atleast as smooth as it can get on a 60 hz screen. There is zero lag to open anything (except when connecting with phone or updating weather, etc ).Miscellaneous :->Has option to display medical information.->Has fall detection. (Pretty rare in this price point.)->You can tag heartbeats, spo2,etc with a preinstalled with messege (like tired, unwell, at a high altitude, etc)-> Has a lock (pin) which activates when the watch is not on your wrist. So you dont have to worry about strangers screwing up with your setting.-> Doesnt have a micophone and a speaker, which might not look a good thing on surface but it really helps you want to concentrate on your workouts without the distraction of notifications, etc.-> The calculator is similar to that seen in a samsung phone. Its haptic feedback is really satisfying enough for me to write it as a pro.Now lets get to the cons—>-> Lack of diverse wallpaers-> Lack of microphone and speaker-> Comically bad heart rate sensor.-> Inability to add apps.-> No NFS.-> Always on Display, Auto detection, Workouts (5% in 30 minutes) drain battery way to fast.-> The step counts gets added up with that of the phone so that samsung health app shows the algebraic sum of the step count from both the smart watch and the phone. However you can turn it of in the phone.-> No GPS, It piggy banks of your phone.-> No decibel meter.-> No mini games (personally I prefer no games).-> The charger has a magnet to connect to the watch and a usb c ( i think so) to connect to your phone or to an adapter.Overall its a great watch for the price level. I would recommend checking out the new CMF watch pro, if it got better from the last one. A good watch all around. Good workout measurement. I would update review after a month. I aplogize for any mistakes that I might have made throigh the review.

Ok it’s awesome
I love it. Much better than the random cheap activity trackers from brands like noise or whatever. I tested its heart rate and blood oxygen sensor with my medical grade blood oximeter and both matched perfectly. I’m not sure how good it’ll be at tracking these things during intense physical activity but it seems accurate enough for runs and walks.Battery life seems excellent. I’ve set it up to measure heart rate continuously, always on display is off, workout auto detect is on, display is set to auto brightness (which works perfectly btw), and I don’t do sleep tracking. With this setup, battery drain seems to be around 20% per day which means it has been consistently lasting 5 full days. The display is sharp enough, although the bottom bezel is not equal to the top. However it’s not that visible since it’s an OLED. Gets bright enough for midday sun. Notifications work well, although it won’t show you notifications that the phone shows when the Fit 3 is not connected (a software update seems to have fixed it or it was just a temporary bug all along). The haptic motor feels good and it’s plenty strong. So yeah overall I’m very happy with it so far.

Great watch, does all the basics great, screen is bright and vibrant, heart and health montiors work well, and pairing using the Samsung Health App has been great to track workouts, sleep quality, heart rates etc.Watch is lightweight and very comforable on the wrist. Customisation for the watch screens is plentiful too, is a watch face for every occasion. I’ve also brought different straps, which help to change up the look. Its great for controlling music when working out, and ive used in water without any issue.Value packed fitness watch, with some smartwatch features, good build quality and materials, and easy to use, definitley recommend.

I was a little skeptical buying this watch. I’ve been wearing it over a week now and I can honestly say, it’s brilliant. Looks an expensive watch. Tracks sleep, steps, heart rate, stress, blood oxygen.. list goes on. No sycning issues or double steps. Feels amazing. Notifications come through from your phone. If you were like me and on the fence, just do it! Countless different watch faces for different occasions. If your out casual, change it to a watch face, if your working out change it to a workout face, helps tracks steps and cals burnt. Full charge and with constant use lasts around 4-5 days give or take, however…. empty to full charge takes less than an hour!

I really wanted to like this watch, but being able to add my favourite pictures couldn’t outweight it just wasn’t accurate enough for swimming. Also the Samsung software is just a bit clunky; needing two apps to manage the device isn’t great. The screen is clear and easy to read, especially whilst exercising. It’s comfortable to wear and the battery lasts a reasonable time.

I was a bit sceptical on purchasing the samsung fit 3 but turned out to be one of my best buys . Came nicely packaged & was easy to set samsung health app on my android phone. Linked seamlessly to the tracker . The app is very user friendly unlike some that are very complicated. The step counter. Blood oxygen’stress monitor & floor count are accurate . I like the fact that I can put the tracker into sleep mode & it will also sync sleep mode to my phone at the same time . But you can adjust this via the app if you just want to put the tracker into sleep mode which enables do not disturb & turns off the screen to prevent battery drain . Sleep tracking is very accurate & also records naps & gives you a sleep score & insights into your sleep . You also get a animal to match your sleep routine like the other big brand tracker. The screen is of a nice size with a vivid amoled display compared to some other trackers . Messages & notifications come through seamlessly has do phone call notifications . The tracker has a strong vibration motor so you won’t miss notifications etc . Just make sure you allow phone & messages with the other apps that you want notifications for in the samsung app has I didn’t & wasn’t receiving messages etc than I realised that i needed to turn notifications & phone on . The band is silicone but very comfortable & I don’t even notice that I’m wearing it . The charging cable is a usb c . I didn’t have a plug with a usb c slot . So I purchased a usb a to a usb c adapter which was only a couple of ££s . Didn’t feel the need to buy another plug with a usb c slot has I have a few plugs around the house . Also you can log food ‘water ‘ weight etc . Samsung have done a great job on this tracker at a very affordable price & is just has good if not better than the overpriced big branded tracker s . Battery lasts me roughly 7 days . I use the continuous heart rate monitor & stress monitor. But only use the raise to wake screen has having the always on display does impact battery life significantly which you will only get 3-4 days . But still better than having to charge it every night . The only thing thst dismayed me was no onboard gps tracker so i have to use my phone to track my route but its not a deal breaker . The samsung together is great for walking & running has you compete with people around the world which gives you motivation to complete the map course they give you in the together part of the app & i believe they do a competition each month. If you are looking great health tracker than buy this . You won’t be disappointed. Definitely recommended 5*
