Received defective product.
The processor machine was defective. The jars didn’t lock properly due to which the processor couldn’t start. The product is irreplaceable. So got dissapointed that a well known brand’s product turned out bad.

I rarely write a review, but this one definitely deserves for these reasons:1. Durability: I have been using their atta kneader for nearly 8 years and it still works, not once I’ve had to send it for repairing. So expecting the same from this food processor as well.2. Value for money: No other food processor with this quality and number of attachments come at this price3. Its MADE IN INDIA. So +14. Safety features: The processor wouldn’t even start without proper locking..it’s that safe. I am impressed4. Noise Level: noise level is low compared to other processors5. Customer support: The manufacturer number is put up on Amazon. I called them cos I couldnt understand that the locking feature was preventing it from starting. I could connect with manufacturee immediately who solved it by sharing a video and he and his support staff called me back multiple times to ensure that all was well and I was happy. And all within half an hr. Even the biggest brands do not resolve so fast! Super impressed! So overall..go for it and enjoy your kitchen time!

Missing attachment
Its actually very convenient. Just what i excepted but 1 attachment is missing so 4* or else its a 5* product.Just go for it.

Worst product
Hi bought this product 2 years back and except kniding atta and chopper other attachments are not working properly.and after 2 years warranty my product stop working after that and wired sparkling and I can get the electric shock if I didn’t notice on time.We are purchased anything just because manufacturing in India but so called Indian companies not improve their quality or thinking about Indians customer.

Witout demo or demo video don’t use..
Initially I shocked .. but after seeing this Amazon viddeo demo repeatedly 10 times.. now I can use fine.. product all good I like it.. starting days I’m not lock my mixie properly it switch off within a minute. I shhocked. Now I understand fine and smooth going.
