It is the same product that is described and pictured at the site.(i got four needles, three types of foot plates, one darning plate, screwdriver, seam brush, bobbins,quilting guide, spool holder, soft machine cover, training CD, manual all as described.)You will require to bought measuring tape, scissor, different number of needles for higher skilled stitching like denim.It is easy to handle, with little skill you can get the tuning of stitching for various projects.Just require little patience.I bought it for first time for my routine use but now thinking to try for dress designing with it as it will give you the confidence.Require to adjust the speed of foot control.But remember to train by tutorial videos on net, practice precisely, controlled at a time ( first learn straight simple stitch on new strong cloth, then adjust the spacing of stitch, then different stitch, then different material once in a day). Remember to service it before use for smooth functioning.

Good Machine for home use
Initially motor was making humming noise when starting to sew. I contacted Singer customer support and till they arranged technician after 15 days the problem was solved by itself.Machine is heavy as compared to other machines in 12000-15000 price range.Thread will get badly struck if you choose incorrect settings or use bad quality thread but it won’t do much damage to machine if handled properly. Feature of self threading needle saves lots of time but needs practice to learn and mechanism needs to be aligned properly when needle is changed.Lot of tutorials to use this machine are available on Youtube.

Je l’ai depuis maintenant 4 ans et j’en suis absolument ravie. Elle est très fiable je n’ai jamais eu le moindre soucis avec, moi qui suis débutante elle est très simple à prendre en main, elle a les fonctionnalité de base et c’est tout ce que je cherchais. Pour son prix elle est vraiment parfaite pour les débutants ou ceux qui ne font pas des pièces trop complexes (je fais majoritairement des “dodos” pour mes rongeurs, des lingettes, des chouchous). J’ai cousu plusieurs matières différentes dont de la fausse fourrure assez épaisse, elle a eu du mal mais j’ai quand même réussi. Vraiment top je la recommande

Bis vorgestern habe ich mich mit einer Inotec Nähmaschine vom Discounter rumgeärgert.Diese wird nun mein persönliches Experimentiermodell. Hatte schon gar keine Lust mehrauf’s Ausbessern von zerschlissenen Jeans oder aufgegangenen Nähten von T-Shirts.Vorgestern dann die Mercury 8280 bei Amazon bestellt (beim Fachhändler wäre ich wohlmit einer Nähmaschine für mehrere hundert Euro rausgegangen), gestern geliefert – wow.Aufgebaut, der erste Tritt aufs FuÃpedal mit Herzklopfen ob die Maschine wohl funktioniert?Und wie sie funktioniert! Saubere Nähte, verschiedene Stoffstärken alles kein Problem!Gerade- und Zickzackstich so wie ich es will 🙂 Natürlich habe ich noch nicht alle Funktionenausprobiert aber die Lust auf’s Nähen ist wieder da!An dieser Maschine ist einfach alles anders. Umspulen ist total einfach. Unterfaden hochholenkein Gefummel. Oberfadenführung einfach, einzig beim Fadengeber der unterhalb derOberkante des Gehäuses bleibt fickelig was aber mit Fallenlassen des Fadens elegantumgangen werden kann (einfach dort eine Schlaufe andeuten und in den Fadengebereintauchen lassen (dauert keine 2 Sekunden)). Das Einfädeln in die Nähnadel ist durch eineoptimale Beleuchtung ohne Blendeffekte sofort erledigt (ich brauche keine Einfädelhilfe was ichselbst schon für nötig befunden hatte…). Selbst der Griff zum Lüfterhebel des NähfuÃes alsRechtshänder ist einfach und in keinster Weise eingeschränkt. Mir persönlich reichen dievorhandenen Programme locker aus. Und das schönste ist der kraftvolle Durchzug des Motors-kein Hakeln des Antriebs. Beim Kfz würde man von einer gelungenen Abstimmung sprechen!Deutsche Anleitung liegt übrigens auch bei.100% Empfehlung vom Näh-Anfänger !!!

Trabaja de maravilla y además dispone a través de you tube de unos magnÃficos tutoriales en castellano que explican paso a paso como funciona y como sacarle el mayor partido. Aunque es un modelo sencillo, para uso doméstico, ofrece una calidad de acabados bastante profesional. (la capacidad de la canilla, la fuerza de su motor, la amplitud del su brazo y la cantidad de tipos de puntada es lo que marca la diferencia con los modelos más caros) Es ligera, compacta y sobre todo su marca; “Singer Manufacturing Company” es toda una garantÃa de calidad y precisión con más de 170 años de antiguedad, que ya son añitos. Por otra parte me tranquiliza saber que puedo contar con un buen servicio postventa de red de tiendas por toda España que me asegura la reparación y el recambio de piezas, algo que no se si ofrecen otras marcas más baratas y menos conocidas como por ejemplo la de Ikea. Si no pretende ser un nuevo Amancio Ortega de la moda, esta es su máquina de coser. Quien sabe adónde llegará. Suerte y que la disfruteis
