Then let the dough run through the pasta machine and you have either flat pasta for e.g. lasagne, or depending on the adjusted thickness, various long noodles, such as spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine. The dough width of the noodles can be adjusted with the adjustable kneading roller. Up to 9 different thicknesses are possible. Then cook the pasta fresh from the pasta machine in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. All that remains is to wish: Buon Appetito!
