Design flaw
The build quality is great, albeit itâs made in china, however the reason for my 1 star review is the distance between the needles.THE NEEDLES ARE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER! It moves the coffee in clumps and makes it worse, there is no leveling at all, a simple fix is for the company to add a slight outward angle to the needles so that the distance is increased, resulting in no clumping, however then it wonât be possible to place it in the holder.Great product, build quality, however terrible design, making it nothing but a paper weight.Returned mine.
