Tv sound is very low.
I recently purchased this tv.. overall the tv is good. I purshased FHD model so Picture quality is good as expected. And i have also connected it to my pc to play games.. worked finePros.1.Beautiful edge less design.2.Great picture quality.3.Gaming is good.4.Voice assistant works almost perfectly.5.Supports all ott platforms.6.You can install third-party apps also.Cons.1.Sound quality is okay but it is very low, you have to connect a external audio device to enjoy the content. I am using the tv at 100 volume and still it’s not enough sometimes. So please don’t buy it if you’re looking for a loud sound tv.2.Ui is slow and hangs sometimes.3.Only 1 usb port so you can’t use a mouse and a pendrive at once.4.No wall mount included.5.Free installation is a joke. They’ll charge 350 to 400. If you want to mount it on a wall.6.Home screen interface has a low resolution, look bad sometimes.7.Sound modes doesn’t really work at all.Conclusion: Don’t get me wrong with the cons it’s good tv with this price, but I’ll recommend you to buy on a sale only with cr. card discounts n all.

Pros :FHD at 32 inchPrice is very good for 10,600 RsSpeaker is very loudGoogle tv featureCons:Screencast is very worst, having buffer issue.Brightness is Good.Delivery also very bad experience. Due to village.Very Worst installation service.Bought 750 RS for wall mount . I ordered tv on 7th August. 10th Aug is delivered. 11th aug scheduled installation. But they didn’t come. 12 scheduled they didn’t come. Like wise 5 times scheduled and they didnt come. But they called and asked Pin for installation. They think village people’s are fools. They didn’t visited us and not installed tv but asking pin for closing the installation. Then I called customer care. Finnally 15th aug tv got independence for installation. They asked 750rs for Wall Mount ( Actual price of wall mount in Amazon is 250Rs to 400Rs for 32 inch tv). But they talk rude. Then tv not installed properly I means we need to check the direction right ? for me it looks like left side little bit up and right side little down. But they don’t have any measurement kit. So they went. And the Amazon customer care told us don’t call us we will call us ( after 2 working days) after the installation like they told but they forget I think. Still I didn’t get any call. I thought Amazon is very customer supportive because it has market around the world. But small village it does not consider.
