No es culpa del vendedor…Las instrucciones vienen poco precisas… Si tarda bastante en congelar el vaso. Después de varios intentos lo deje toda la noche y por fin funcionó ésta mañana.La cuchara incluida es bastante inservible a excepción del popote.Cumple su función y el vendedor puso una gran oferta. Loved the different colors, very easy to clean, and they really do make slushys fastJust a couple of pieces – spoon/straw and a domed top. Easy for 8 year old kids to use.Will be getting a few more for Christmas gifts!

Have purchased 2 the first one came with a huge hole and broken and zero customer service. So gave up and tried this company and it arrived quickly, communication was very good. It works Iâll give it that, but Iâm not sure itâs worth the effort. I have 5 kids I probably should have ordered more to make it easier on me. Sigh.
