Old unit with dead batteries given.
Although gadget work as intended but the batteries given along was dead and leaking. Also gadget got some scratches and doesn’t seem to be a fresh unit plus poor packing.

Item had very short life.
The product worked well for couple of months.The batteries were always removed after use.Yesterday when I inserted the batteries the LED screenwent cranky. It gave many,changing readings before settling,showing 8888.Thereafter,the Tare,Unit and On/Off buttons didnot work.I tried a couple of times,each time removing and inserting the batteries.But the results were same every time.The item is now of no use.

The battery was bogus. From the very beginning it was showing low battery and it went off after 3-4 readings. However, the readings are to some extent accurate.
