I had browsed various online shopping sites before purchasing this OTG. The elegant look, attractive offer and the list of the features mentioned were driving force behind its selection.Here are my observations:1. Amazon delivered Usha OTG 3635RC 35L Oven Toaster Grill (Wine & Matte Black) on time.2. Its packaging was excellent.3. The product looks as attractive as in the pictures on Amazon.4. The body is very light.5. The language of the handbook is lucid. If you follow the steps in Verbatim, you will not face any issue in its use. I skipped few steps the first time and faced initial hiccups.6. The cooking manual is precise. I was expecting more recipes in it.7. I had baked muffins, cake, cooked tikkas etc. Oven did its job perfectly, though I ‘ve to enhance my culinary skills.8. I did not like the knob for changing cooking item choice. The signs are very cryptic, and I ‘ve to refer the hand book every time to choose the correct mode.9. Also one has to be very careful in opening the glass door. It directly hits the kitchen slab. I use to fold and keep a cloth on the tile to avoid the direct strike.10. It is challenging to rummage through the box to pick the correct set of accessories. This problem is with almost all the companies. As a customer, I seriously need a well-slotted stand/lean box to keep the accessories.Verdict: Overall good product. Elegant look outweighs other features.

Temperature is completely inaccurate in this oven. It takes hours to bake something and it still will be undercooked at any temperature below 250 degrees. If you put it at 250 degrees, things burn within 10 mins. I bought it 5 years ago and this horrible oven did not let me even one successful baked item. Stopped using it after first year. Retried after 3 years. Same problems with temperature. Stopped baking. Retried after 2 more years (since 2 weeks ago). Same problems with temperature. Baking recipes WITHOUT this oven and ON GAS has given me far superior, edible, tasty results.

I have received the product by today afternoon only,so cannot say anything positive or negetive so early,I need to use it before I can write something in particular. But apart from that I can say the product looks amazing in this colour combination,good body meterial,accessories are very good quality and durable.packging was awesome,there was no dent or scratches on the body of the product,perfectly wrapped and delivered before time to my doorsteps. Over all I am pretty much happy with the buy. Once I start using it,I will surely update how good is it during its baking and grilling process. ðâ¤ï¸

I received timely delivery of the product & was concerned reading other reviews online, whether my product will be scratch-free & brand-new. The packing box was fine & as desired, the OTG recd was clean, neat & scratch-free. It is very compact in size, yet spacious inside. I have matched its size with other OTG’s & this was having a lesser height which almost all wants & good decent space inside. There is a light inside which makes it look more beautiful when food is being prepared. We tried preparing Cheese Garlic Bread yesterday & they were crunchy & cheese melt + roasted well. I believe one can bake 2 small sized pizza’s at one adjusting a little bit or trim one’s edge. All the accessories received in the box along with the user manual are very useful. I will recommend them adding a recipe book too. 🙂 Good Job Amazon & SSI Trends (Reseller).. I will definitely recommend the same to others.
