Worse product and worse service ever
I had bought it on 26th June 2024 and received after 5-6 days to me. It has stopped working on 9th aug 2024 after smoke coming out from it. After a lot of try i had finally found a way to book complaint online via a form which was submitted by me and received a mobile number of service person..when i had contacted him he said that warranty does not work on it and you have to replace it from where you had bought it. After a lot of request he accepted it but till date there is not solution. Usha is worse company now, not recommanded to buy it’s product. Company was very good at my childhood but now it is not worth the money. Worse service and much much worse product.

It’s good heavy weight iron box and its base plate ticker gold coated and in minimu temperature setting only enageh for most of fabrics iron and temperature lost longer even power off its good iron, in the market price 1500 to 1800 in Amazon price comparatively good price go for it
