The USHA make 3 ltrs geyser was delivered without the electric three pin plug head. The unit was defective and does not give continuous hot water. After switching on the unit for about 5 mins, we will get very less hot water and thereafter it is all cold water only. If we want more hot water, we have to close the tap and again wait for 5 to 7 minutes for some more hot water. We have to repeat this cycle till you get sufficient hot water to bathe.Not worth the price or the installation charges that we pay to our local plumber / electrician.We have also tried to return it or exchange it, but the seller says we have crossed the return date. The product was supposed to be delivered on 16th October but was delivered on 21st. Once we installed it and tested, we have crossed the date.Now there is no way to return it or exchange it. A defective product has been delivered.
