Convenient but not the best
We use it every morning so it has been a great time saver in the mornings. Weâve been using it for 4 months now and it still works well.Issues: coils take time to heat so the first set of slices are not toasted as well as the successive slices (when coils are already hot).Crumbs fall everywhere even with the crumb tray at the bottom.Toast made with the toaster gets rubbery fast when cooled.The first few times we used it there was a burnt plastic smell and the toast also had a mild odour.

Worst quality product
The first one I bought is totally damaged. The inner steel parts were not at all attached with the body. Requested a replacement and the next one doesn’t even start heating after plugged in. Total harassments.Next will buy from renowned brands only!

Above 4 settings the bread burns out. The indicator notch of the regulator knob should have a white colour line against black knob so that easy to understand. Length of power cord too small
