Good automatic sewing machine
Easy to use. A good number of inbuilt embroidery stitch functions. Handle with cover is good. Love it. Bought recently. No issues so far. But Usha’s customer service was the worst. A free demo was not provided. Although it was available in my city and scheduled an appointment with their demo, the person kept on postponing it in calls and finally did not come. So we had to learn the machine functions all by ourselves from YouTube and the manual.

Excellent product yet to see the performance after usage.
Value for money. Item is compact and portable. However performance is subject to usage. Item supplied without warranty card which may deprive me from warranty service. Item was returned due to abnormal mechanical noise.My replacement product was delivered 48hrs late than the expected date of delivery due to irresponsible delivery agent who didn’t deliver my replacement product despite of my correct address. Replacement product was also not supplied with warranty card. I suggest product must be always supplied with warranty card as per listed on package. Performance of replacement product is subject to usage.Performance of replacement product after usage for 01 month(approx) has been found good which is meeting my requirements.

Product was delivered without some of the key items inside the machine and the free tool kit, was really disappointed and raised a return request. New machine was delivered with the included missing items but the tool kit was missing again. Always check the product thoroughly after delivery for missing items. Machine is good, sturdy and functions well.
