After 8 months
I am relieving this product after 8 months of purchasing. Purchased on January 2024 and reviewing August 2024. Very nice inverter it is very helpful for me and I control using my mobile app.

Poor Bluetooth Function
Inverter is good but it’s Bluetooth function is useless. It is like cheating customers. Range of Bluetooth is about one meter from the unit. If you have to go to unit to connect and use Bluetooth,then you may as well see parameters on the unit itself.My recommendation do not buy smart unit as it is waste of money.

Itâs a good inverter .. but app interface just okay .. it would hve been better if this had WiFi connect unless Bluetooth..

Inverter is working well, good quality product, outstanding support from V-guard Tech Team; I am really happy with this purchase.Cons: The inverter can be managed using mobile app, which is not as much as useful (initially got some issues with Apple phone, later after app update nothing is working now!! then I tried on Android, itâs working sometimes!! Most of the time not getting connected and saying some one else is already connected!!) , overall app is useless, need an urgent fix from the Vguard App dev team otherwise they have to reduce the price of the inverter and remove this feature from the tech specification.

Product is good, Amazon/urban company installation service combo is unreliable
Product is good. Doesn’t come with installation service or cabinet. The installation through combo from UC was a disaster, dint turn up after multiple follow ups either and was informed thatbit is cancelled upon 3rd follow up with Amazon on 3rd day from delivery. I had to find a local service person and ensure it is installed and tested before the rwturn window expires

Good but overpriced
Just think if you really need the fancy Bluetooth connectivity etc. I would say it is overpriced.But functionally It is good. You will not need any separate power backup for your modems or PC components. Even in the normal (inverter) mode, modems and routers work perfectly. I have never needed to switch to UPS mode.
