Damaged after 4 Months
I purchased this product, but unfortunately, it became damaged just after 4 months of use. We reached out to the nearby service center, and they diagnosed a faulty coil. However, it’s been two months now, and the item still hasn’t been repaired. I was quite disappointed with the service, especially considering this is a Kerala-based company and we expected better assistance being from the same region.Upon sending an email to V-Guard customer care, I received a prompt response. Within two days, V-Guard acknowledged my email, and the item was successfully repaired within one week. It is my belief that the delay was not a reflection of V-Guard as a whole, but rather an issue with the specific service center. Nevertheless, I would like to express my gratitude to V-Guard for their swift and efficient response.
