I have decided to buy this V-Guard water purifier, after reading a negative review comment here, which has been marked as ‘helpful comment’ by many people. And my decision was right and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of product and 200% satisfied with the installation and service. After reading the said negative comment, my understanding is, V-Guard might be the only brand in India, whose service person waits hours at customers gate, to get the permission for entering house and fix the complaint. I have done a research for almost one month, by reading reviews from shopping sites and other websites and also checked with people using water purifiers of different brands. V-Guard is one of the most trustful brand, but initially I was sceptical to buy their water purifier. First of all, they are comparatively new in the water purifier market, and also the very common models in market are from industry leading brands like Aquaguard, HUL, etc. I have almost confirmed with one of the HUL model which costs nearly 22000, based on the positive reviews and a belief that more money means water of more quality. But I am surprised when compared it with the V-Guard UV model, because V-Guard has almost 90% of similar features at half price.This had put me in a total dilemma, as this is about drinking water. I have been a V-Guard customer for years for their products like AC stabiliser and Inverter, and I have great appreciation for their quality and especially service. Though they are new to water purifier, I thought of giving it a try, out of my previous experience with V-Guard. We Keralites consider V-Guard Industries owner Kochouseph Chittilappilly as Ratan Tata, in terms of business values and brand quality, and I was sure he won’t keep his brand value and trust in stake, which has been earned by many years through other products. I ordered the V-Guard 7 stage RO/UV water purifier, the product came on promised day, I called V-Guard customer care and the executive came on same day. I had some special requirements for the fitting, like fitting the prefilter under kitchen slab due to the space limitation. It took hours for drilling the concrete/tile slab for passing the pipes and the total fitting, and I have offered him money for the additional work, but he didn’t accept any money. He explained in detail about the product features, service schedules, maintanence and even how to wipe clean it. Seeing his explanation and dedication, I felt like I have bought the product for 50 lakh rupees, that was the quality of installation and service. Its been almost two weeks and I am totally satisfied, no complaints, the water quality and taste is very good. V-Guard has kept their trust, and I am proud for buying this product and happy to refer this product to everyone.
