very good product, got a call from vguard for installation without any intimations or request from my side. only con i found was there was not even screws were provided by vguard, no plug, no screw, no thread nothing. atleast they can include grip and screws for the product as it wont increase the cost much.

I received a used/returned product
My family have been a V Guard product users since last 25 years, from the time they were manufacturing stabilizers. This is the first time I have come accross sich a situation where I have a complaint regarding any product. I ordered an instant water heater, received it on time as well, however when it was unboxed to my surprise water fell out of it. Apart from that the ends of wire were stripped, as we use to connect it to plugs. These 2 facts clearly say that the water heater was used and returned. Additionally there is small crack on the body of the heater. I have been trying to get the product replaced since the day it was delivered. Haven’t even checked if it works, didn’t want to take any risk. It’s been 6 days now and all the Amazon customer service do is give me is talk to me for some time listen to my concern and then ask me to call back on another date. They don’t even have the courtesy to call the customer and update them regarding the resolution or progress to resolution. These experiences out us in a thought, whether to buy such products online or go to nearby market where you can visually verify the product and then buy them if satisfied.It will be zero star from me for both Amazon service and product, as long as the issue gets addressed.
