Defective product received – FIXED!
Received defective product – already called the customer service 2 times. Both times the technician came and told someone else will come and fix it. No one comes. Also raised 3 customer complaint tickets and wrote multiple emails. No one responds.Not even used once yet, wasted my money. Their customer service is pathetic. Don’t waste money by buying any product of this brand, unless you want to waste your time as well by calling/writing to them frequently.Edited- Customer service electrician came and fixed the product. Though customer service is not up to the mark, The product works amazing.
