 I recently purchased a kitchen chimney from Amazon, manufactured by Ventair, with high hopes for a seamless cooking experience. However, what ensued was a series of disappointments and frustrations that compelled me to share my experience with prospective buyers.Upon receiving the chimney, I encountered immediate issues. One of the lights failed to turn on, and the chimney emitted an unbearable level of noise, far exceeding the acceptable range for kitchen appliances. Despite these flaws, the installation process went smoothly, thanks to the professionalism of the installation team.Regrettably, my positive experience ended there. The real ordeal began when I interacted with the company’s service provider, Rupesh. From the outset, Rupesh displayed a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and service excellence. His demeanor was unapologetically rude, and he exhibited a complete lack of empathy towards my concerns.To exacerbate matters, Rupesh’s approach towards service transparency and integrity was deeply troubling. While the company provided a quotation encompassing installation and duct pipe charges, Rupesh unilaterally demanded a “travelling allowance” that was conspicuously absent from any prior communication. This blatant attempt to extort additional funds under the guise of unforeseen expenses was both unprofessional and unethical.Furthermore, Rupesh’s insistence on manipulating customer reviews for warranty registration casts a shadow over Ventair’s commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction. His coercive tactics, including the explicit instruction to abstain from providing a product demo and withholding crucial information about the chimney’s features, reek of deceit and deception.My interaction with Ventair and its appointed service provider, Rupesh, from Shahdol district, has left an indelible mark of disappointment and disillusionment. As a consumer, I value transparency, integrity, and exemplary service standards, all of which were conspicuously absent in my dealings with Ventair.In conclusion, my experience with Ventair’s kitchen chimney, coupled with the appalling conduct of its service provider, Rupesh, serves as a cautionary tale for prospective buyers.
