A very robust product
The delivery was timely but i expected a bit early since the product reached my locality in two days of order but was kept for 6 days in same locality before delivery. The problem lies after delivery. The product is heavy weighing 45 kgs. I expected door step delivery since my home is in first floor. The delivery agent hired a local auto driver to deliver the product and he denied lifting it even out of his auto. After request we somehow took out the product and kept at the main door of the house. I said how would i lift the product till first floor alone. He replied its not his duty and his legs are too weak. I called delivery agent and he said its not their duty to lift the product till first floor and also suggested to return the product if i want. This incident was really rubbish. Then the installation person was expected to reach you within 36 hours of delivery. But he took 4 days and came to just click his photo with the product. Meanwhile i and my wife lifted the product to our house and installed it outself by watching youtube and booklet. All the installation was done by us by watching YouTube. I was not satisfied by the service agents in the industry. I have used the product since two days and found it amazingly good. My utensils are clean and shine like never before. Satisfied with the product but not with the other guys.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY
I live abroad, have been using a BOSCH dishwasher for 10 years without any issue. I had purchased Voltas Dishwasher for my house in India by carried away by the big name of TATA (how naive I was)I am writing this review after using this dishwasher for a week. I wish there was an option not to give even a single star. However, unwillingly, I had to give a star to register my review on Amazon. It’s unfair, hope Amazon introduce a 0-star option in future.Following are PROS and CONES, sadly thereare only CONES ð¥ºPROS: NoneCONES:1. Outer painted body is made of very thin steel material, it gets dented easily with even with a small impact. There is a very high chance of getting rusted.2. Inner basket/tray is made of cheap quality plastic material. The smell/odour of like the burning of plastic after the wash.3. Basket is very small, not suitable for our Indian households as the utensil cannot be fit in.4. Hosepipe for water connection is very small in size, it’s hardly 2feet, there are no additional connectors for connecting directly to the angle valve. Spent another Rs. 750 to buy the hose to connect in angle valve.5. It consumes lots of electricity, for one wash it consumes 3 to 5 units which approx. Rs. 25 to 35 per wash.6. It’s very noisy, I guess the noise level could be in the range of 90db to 110db which is very annoying if you live in the open kitchen type of apartments/houses.7. Cleaning of utensils are not up to the mark as the oily/greasy layer still exists even after using the max option which runs the machine for 2 – 3hrs.8. No installation either from Amazon or Voltas. Tired of calling them, eventually I had to install my own by spending Rs. 850.9. No customer supports from Voltas, unprofessional bad-mouthed employees. Never attend the calls, you should consider it lucky if they pick your phone after several tries, say min 20 tries continuously.NB: Don’t buy this product. It’s better to spend Rs. 10K extra to buy tested and trusted products from Bosch, Semmens, LG, Samsung, etc.

After using one year dishwasher stop working , and i raised complain customer care responded very well, but service center in Mizoram they were very bad service , they call me to cancel my request and told me that to wait for 3 more days, after 3 days also they are not coming yet. Bad servicing Voltas beko brand in Mizoram.

Installation engr does not have the basic experience. Product performance is good, washing is proper at intense mode only. Milk and tea pots having heavy marks are not cleaned in the machine.

Today (26.06.2024), I got delivery of a 14-place Volas Beko dishwasher as per schedule. Installation was chosen on delivery, but only the delivery person came; no technician came to install. During the open box checkup, we found the item intact. But after a few hours after accepting delivery, during a close checkup, we found the item seemed to be used: water inside the salt holder, a mark of dried water on the inside wall, rust on the inside of the door wall and on the bottom portion under the door. The detergent holder is not closing. The water inlet pipe is too smallâonly 1 metre. Manufacturing month and year are very oldâNovember 2020. I have denied any replacement as it was open box delivery.I have denied any replacement as it was an open box delivery.I am not sure whether a proper technician will come on the rescheduled date, the detergent holder will be repaired, and above all, the machine will run properly.
