Completely satisfied great machine.must have in every kitchen
Great machine. Although the cycle time is higher for intentive and aquaflex but no effect on the electricity bill. You need to know how to use it efficiently. Slightly pre rinse to remove bigger food particles. Tea vessel scrub Slightly. If Oily vessels and too much load use intensive cycle for best results smtimes I load it alternate day to make full use of each cycle and efficient use of electricity and depending on load. Salt rinseaid and half Tablet of finish is enough for one cycle. The best part is the cutlery tray almost all spoons and ladle fit in and good quantity. Sometime you cab even put small bowls and quarter plates dishes depending upon the the space and make sure to select super rinse for some additional walter for each cycle and you are sorted. Purchased in Jan 23 and completely mesmerized and satisfied with the result. One feature the company cab is auto door open after the cycle. At this price I feel that feature will add more value for money, and have good customer base for Indian families specially working women whonmah want to reduce dependency on maids and do not want to compromise on wash quality. After some practice you can wash 100+ small and big vessels in one cycle itself.

Need space for big utensils
The space is not enough for big utensils. And instead of one shutter opening of the machine we can try for 2 door opening like cupboard. I hope can make cleaning more efficient.

Works like a charm
Using this for more than 3 years and no issue at all. The service is great. It looks brilliant and beautiful. Really blends well.You must know how to use a dishwasher instead of writing bad reviews and complaining online.Overall, 10/10

Frustrating service experience. Do not buy
I bought this product from Croma in Feb 2021 and I am really not happy with the quality of the cleaning and the support.My previous two dishwashers were IFB which I used for nearly 20 years and had no issues. I regret the decision to change to Voltas Beko.The following are the issues1- the Homewhiz functionality doesn’t work. It is very difficult to setup amd even more difficult to use. It did not work on day one and I had to call in the service folks who didn’t seem to have a clue how to make it work. Finally after a day or two of struggling and calls with someone in Mumbai they fixed it. Only for a few weeks. Then the whole thing stopped working again. Not that this is a show stopper but more an irritant having paid for the feature that doesn’t work.2- the quality of wash is not comparable to an IFB. Hot water or steam cleaning has never worked satisfactorily. Dishes come out with stains no matter what program or detergent you try. I have tried with powder with rinse aid, tablet and whatever. Still doesn’t meet expectations. Please note that The water quality in the house was assessed during installation and found to be soft which didn’t need salt.3- after putting up with this for moths I finally raised a complaint with the Voltas service folks. 10 days back. A technician visited and said that there was an issue with the pump and the heater and it would be replaced. Numerous calls and mails and SMSes later there is still no solution in sight.4- the biggest issue is the total lack of follow up and engagement to get this resolved. I had a lot of reverence for the TATA name and customer focus. But this one is not there along with the others.My recommendation is – please don’t buy this product.
