A normal water cooler in black colour. The colour is not matte black as might appear in the photo. It’s the same material as the white one and the finish is glossy which can show some scratches over time. It looks good nonetheless.Heater heats water enough for tea and coffee and cooler cools it enough to make your teeth hurt.You can turn on and off hot and cold water separately.The fridge compartment at bottom is big enough to fit about 10 200ml tetra packs. It does not get very cold and is just passively cooled from the already chilled water on top. What you keep in gets just barely cold enough to not get spoiled but thatâs good enough in case of small water bottles and juices.

Even normal tap dispenses very cold water
Overall, the product is good. but one big problem.There are three taps on the unit, hot water, normal water, & cold water. Hot we donât use. Cold dispenses very cold water. But unfortunately normal water tap also dispenses very cold water and this is creating a great inconvenience for my mother who does not like cold water. it seems to be a defect in the product. Moreover, the water temperature is way too cold for consumption. I am unable to contact any support hence.Logging this as a complaint here.

Using since few months, 3 main bad points :- When the fridge is on, the normal water is as cold as the cold one : so either you keep the cold water on and your kids get sick or you shutdown the cold water and you have only normal water …- the hot water button gets blocked systematically when you press it- the fridge is noisySo very basic product not well designed
