 1st of all, the sponge is flat & rectangular so you are supposed to hold the sponge flat to the cleaning surface as you can see in the video & picture. It should be slightly curved so that you can easily & effectively clean it holding it at an angle. Secondly, the excess water doesn’t get squeezed out enough. It is still very wet so you are forced to use your hand. A wet sponge breeds germs so not good.Disappointed because I had read so many good reviews about the quality of the product & its performance.
