2 machines failed
The first one did not open. I am a strong guy but the bottom cup just did not open.Ok, sent it back.2nd machine came. Put in the nespresso capsule-checked. it did not get penetrated.And yes-i did it exactly like in the description and videos.pumped about 10 times. Water came out, no coffee.Then the shock: the lower cup was so stuck that with all my power it was imposssible to open it.Sent it back. trying another machine now

Makes a legit espresso, but…
Well built sturdy product that does what the box says.The process is pretty simple and takes a few minutes. Cleaning up after is also not complicated. The setup is compact enough, about the size of a small bottle of water, and will travel well.The espresso comes out very nice, Crema and all. But if you’re finiky about the temperature then that is the only let down so far – the coffee is warm and not hot.

Received the machine in good condition, only the cover of the machine is quite loose and it keeps falling off, other than this, it is worth buying.
