Very effective product for hard water
Above my expectations. Protects skin and hair from hard water. My hair fall has decreased drastically. Easy to install. Easy to use. Sleek design that goes well with bathroom fittings and interior. Buying another one for my second bathroom. And yeah, nice packaging. I have found the best solution to my hard water problems. I use to get a lot of acne and dry skin due to water hardness. Waterscience filter improves the quality of water when it comes in contacts with your skin.

Useless cartridge and filter assembly even after good filter results
I purchased this product in May-2024, total 3 nos for my different bathroom showers. After almost 3 months of usage. I’m forced to post this review. So everything was fine till date. Even the filter was doing a good job. The problem comes when u want to replace the cartridge or u want to change the position of the cartridge. So 1st time I changed the direction of cartridge from the filter upside down. This is required to be done as per the company’s instruction. It took hell lot of ime to do this job..I don’t know why they have made this filter and cartridge assembly in such a bad design that u cannot remove the cartridge from the filter. I did this anyhow and second time I tried this today with another filter but the cartridge is not getting separated whatever I tried. If the manufacturer wanted to sell cartridge as a replacement or consumable item then it should have been user friendly. Even entire cartridge got damaged but it didn’t come out. I am had Even purchased extra cartridge for this filter..it’s a waste for me now..I don’t know any other person faced the same problems but this is the worst design i must say. Again the filter is expensive around 2k..u cannot waste this much money for 3-4 months usage.i would request water science team to see this and help me out

Product faulty after a month
I bought two of this product for it’s separate use, but one didn’t work after a month seems like a the filter is blocked due to which the water is, since it’s already passed refund schedule this been a waste of money for me ð

Highly recommend
This hard water filter works amazingly well. It’s really helpful for people living in Pune since the water is very hard.I found it super easy to install as they provide the installation kit and the connectors.It’s economical and have noticed improvement in the quality of water. Will update this review after few months of use.

Have been battling with hard water problem in Gurugram. Despite using saloon range products for deep conditioning, my hair ended up being dry and frizzy after every wash. Could see a visible change in texture of my hair after using the waterscience tap filter. Realised that hair care products worked well only after getting the hard water issue sorted. Comes in sturdy packaging and with a detailed instruction manual. Never thought I could install a bathroom fitment all by myself without having to call a plumber. The installation was a fun weekend DIY activity to do with my daughter. Enjoyed the installation process and love the product!

Does it’s job well. Quality and manual is good. Spare connectors are helpful. Changing cartridge every 6 months is a task and cost involved.

Hi ,I ordered this product in march and when tried it that time to install it didnât get as plumber told its used or something , again after waiting for months i tried to get it installed with another plumber and it didnât got there is some issue in the product as plumber said its not okay i dont know what to do now its a waste of money
