Fabulous product at this affordable price
This whirlpool fridge is very good built quality wise, and looks very luxurious. It has a great cooling system even after there is a power cut for 5-6 hours, it still keeps the temperature cool which is very essential and keeps the fruits and vegetables fresh for a longer period of time.Thank you Amazon and the seller who took good care to deliver my product safely without any scratches or dent as upon looking upon the reviews share by others buyers, initially I was little tensed. But the delivery was done with upmost precision. I just love this deal.Until yet I have not noticed any noise from this fridge and performance wise it’s doing it’s best although I have set it into medium mode. Although whirlpool says it’s consumes less electricity than a CFL ð¡, and gave 5 star’s â on this product, need to confirm this as no where I was able to find the actual rating of it.

Good fridge
All okay1. Should improve in sizes inside the refrigerator and outside heat is produced lot2. Freezer is not working properly which means if I kept in freezer mode it gets freezed the liquid items, if i fix it in normal mode also it gets freezed the liquid itemsOver-all value for money

Awesome product, worth the money
Firstly prompt delivery and quick installation. Kudos to Amazon and whirlpool service technicians. The initial product had a manufacturing defect,with the vegetable tray hitting the steel nuts, while closing and the motor was noisy too (at certain times). When raised concern, the technical person visited the site and confirmed it to be a manufacturing defect. We Ordered a replacement via the toll free and got call from whirlpool service and accepted after providing relevant pictures and technicians job summary and observations. Within two days the product was replaced with a brand new one, hand to hand, void of any charges and the same day was installed after visit by technician. Hats off to whirlpool for their ultra fast service and super support. Loving the support and the product.Two shortcomings: freezer and vegetable tray doesnt have an auto lighting feature. Would have been wonderful, to have the same.

Disappointed with Whirlpool Customer Service – Fridge Issues Persist
I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator a few months ago and I’m incredibly disappointed with the after-sales service I’ve received. While the fridge itself seems decent, there’s been a persistent cooling issue and outer body overheating issue that multiple service visits haven’t been able to fix.Here’s the frustrating part:No Senior Technician: Despite requesting a senior technician to diagnose the issue, all the visits have been from junior technicians. This makes me feel like the problem isn’t being taken seriously.Poor Communication: Getting updates on the situation is a hassle. I’ve had to make numerous calls to customer service, and explanations are often vague.Overall, this experience has been very frustrating. A malfunctioning fridge is a major inconvenience, but the lack of resolution and communication from Whirlpool is even more disappointing. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider other brands with better customer service until Whirlpool improves theirs.Hopefully, someone from Whirlpool will see this review and take action to address my concerns. I would love a working fridge and a restored faith in the brand.

Bottom trolley is misaligned.
Overall fridge is good with good features. But I am facing problem with bottom trolly with wheel it’s misaligned and completely visible. Because of this roller may get damaged after use. It’s clearly visible and installation guy mentioned it in his report. As pe Amazon their is 10 days replacement policy but surprisingly after going through hectic process of raising replacement Amazon customer care saying that this item is out of stock and not able to replace but refund can be issued. This is very pathetic reply and I conveyed them I need replacement as I have purchased it with exchange. They are telling wait for few days once stock is their we can replace but not guaranteed. While purchasing no were it’s mentioned about refund and stock availability. Can’t beleive Amazon is doing such non sense thing. Let’s see whether I can get replacement or not.
