    Very very bed customer service.
     मैं अमेजॉन का प्राइम ग्राहक हूं।मैंने 30 जनवरी 2022 में यह चिमनी अमेजॉन से ऑनलाइन खरीदी और चिमीनी लगाने के 5 दिन के बाद ही बहुत ज्यादा आवाज करने लग गई जिसकी वीडियो मैंने साथ में अटैच की। चिमनी के बहुत ज्यादा आवाज करने की शिकायत मैंने 5 फरवरी 2022 को की परंतु वहां कंपनी का टेक्नीशियन 10 दिन बाद भी उसको देखने नहीं आया और 17 फरवरी 2022 को चिमनी का पंखा/Blower टूट गया। 18 फरवरी 2022 को कंपनी का टेक्नीशियन आया और चिमनी को खोलकर नए पंखे को 7 दिन में लाने का कहा परंतु 20 दिन तक नया पंखा नहीं आया। दोबारा 8 मार्च 2022 को मैंने कॉल किया तो बोला कि 2 दिन बाद हम कंपनी से नया पंखा डिस्पैच करते हैं। 2 दिन बाद 10 मार्च 2022 को वापस कॉल किया तो बोला कि कल यानी 11 मार्च को आपका नया पंखा डिस्पैच किया जाएगा। 11 मार्च को डिस्पैच किया हुआ पंखा 12 मार्च को जोधपुर में आ गया परंतु अभी तक नया पंखा नहीं लगाया है। लगभग एक महीना हो गया है परंतु अभी तक चिमनी का टूटा हुआ पंखा रिप्लेस नहीं किया गया है।मेरा अमेजॉन और चिमनी बनाने वाली कंपनी दोनों से सवाल है कि -1. क्या कंपनी 12 महीने की जगह 1 महीने वारंटी बढ़ाकर 13 महीने की करेगी क्या ?2. चिमनी को खोले हुए लगभग एक महीना हो गया उस 1 महीने के दौरान सारा किचन गंदा हो गया जिसकी जिम्मेदारी कौन लेगा ?3. बार-बार कॉल करने पर भी कस्टमर केयर से कोई खास रिस्पांस या मदद नहीं मिली क्या कंपनी की इतनी घटिया कस्टमर केयर सर्विस है क्या ?इस कंपनी की सर्विस सबसे घटिया और बेकार है इस कंपनी की चिमनी नहीं खरीदे मेरी आप सभी से यही सलाह है।

    Product good, installation awful.
    Noise level is high but suction seems decent, real problem lies with the installation which is ridiculously overpriced and shoddy, especially if fitted by Gajendra enterprises who are the authorised people here in Pune. Can’t comment of installation in other parts of India.
