Things you have to consider before buying this or any smart plug
Great product works fine but 3 IMPORTANT things you have to keep in mind*The switch is bigger than what you are assuming it to be. 8.5cm length, 5cm width and 3.5cm thick*If you don’t have a power socket then the plug won’t go in*Plus be careful this device working on 2.4ghz bandwidth so if your wifi router is set to 4.5ghz(5G) or set as auto (switches between 4.5 and 2.4) then you will have trouble connecting to the smart plug. So for properly using the smart switch first change the wifi router to 2.4ghz in the settings of the router, unless it won’t even pair up.It’s not the defect of the product. It’s just that Almost all home wifi product works on 2.4ghz for stability reasons

Faulty plays. : My ACs stopped working.
I bought 2 smart plugs to use for my acs. They worked beautifully for a month and then suddenly they stopped working. We tried taking them off , restarting them etc but they wonât work. Infact now without these plugs also, my AC is not working. The whole AC is malfunctioning. I am wondering if these plugs were faulty.
