Great product, very useful in monitoring power usage for heavy appliances. Only downside is that it works only on 2.4GHz network. Rest all is good.

Good product
A good quality product in my opinion. I’ve been using it around 2 – 3 weeks. Works great with Alexa and it’s native Wipro app. Looks premium, I fell for the white colour. Go for it, better than the other cheaper BT + WiFi Smart Plugs in the market.

Please avoid it at all costs
Used it for 2 months. It went kaput and stopped responding. Went dead. Contacted Wipro and with great difficulty found a revert from Wipro customer care after 2 weeks of complaint. They suggested for a reverse pick up for replacement after they receive the defective item. On receiving the defective item they did ship out the replacement and it has been over a month. Avoid Wipro at all costs. Most deplorable after sales service in my history. They are in competition with BSNl

Thus product wipro 16Amps model was purchased in May2021 still working which is used to control 250 watt water coolers. Using 2 of them and satisfactory performance with on-off scheduling, and can be switched on from anywhere.
