This is one of the best video doorbell i have come across. Does eveything precisely as claimed in product specifications.Pros1. Superb camera quality2. Immediate notification from motion sensor and human body detection.3. Instant video call upon press of dorbell button.4. Good packaging5. Since it is connected through power source no need to worry about batteries or charging6. Wipro smart app works very smoothlyCons1. The sound of doorbell from the inside unit could have been louder.2. Defective angular plate
On the angular plate I can screw only one nos on the top side of the cover there is no slot available for screwing – done the installation by screwing only with bottom side screwing. Not ease and not good for installation.Keeps disconnecting – need to keep on repeating the pairing process some even it will not pair – not happy with the productWorst service support – even Amazon also not supporting to resolve this issue I am just stuck in between Amazon and brand after buying this defective product. Really pathetic situation not even bother about the customer.
