Kettle replacement
Warranty :I bought this product in Dec 2023. It was working well. But from last week the water is not boiling well. When I switch it on it stops immediately. Please replace the product for me as the warranty period is upto Dec 2024.

Good clear glass jar, fast heating, visually appealing
It looks beautiful in my kitchen, also works fine, it just takes a bit longer to shut off heating even after the water starts boiling. Also the metal base plate has decolourised after two months of daily use, the stain is not coming off after scrubbing. Otherwise working fine. After 3 months of usage, it has stopped working altogether.

This device looks amazing in the kitchen with the blue LED lights glowing when the device is on. The glass is also of very good quality. Very durable!! There is a con, but that’s not for everyone and that’s why giving full 5 stars.Con (for me) – It’s a bit heavy though, my mom has difficulty lifting it when it’s full of water. If it has to be used by the elderly, better prefer something like 1.2 L or 1.5 L capacity ones as they would be slightly lighter and easier to manage for them.******************************************Reason For Change in Rating (from 5 to 1 star)1. The kettle started melting from the bottom due to overheating issues due to technical fault.2. The process to claim warranty wasn’t very intuitive but after some going through the website was located.3. While our raised request was accepted by Wipro for replacement, but after that despite apologies from their team, no one has collected the kettle for replacement in over a month.4. It’s a small ticket item, and we are now managing without a kettle as it doesn’t make sense to buy something new when the warranty claim has been accepted.5. Very poor state of after sales support. Rather not much support at all. I have claimed warranty for many things in the past like Steam Iron, Monitor, UPS, Mouse, Mobile etc. – almost no one has given me as bad an experience as Wipro has.6. Will not be buying products from Wipro in the future due to this reason and suggest others not to either.7. Electronics failing is not an issue, they malfunction very often, but receiving poor after sales support does create a very poor experience.

Easy to use and Rapid heating technology.
 I recently purchased this electric kettle, and it has now become a kitchen essential for me.This appliance gives a modern touch to my countertop.With the rapid heating feature i am able to boiling water in no time. The stainless steel and lightweight design not only looks stylish but also ensures durability.It also has a button with sensor light indicator.What I appreciate most is the convenience and noiseless feature.

This Kettle is good and safe. But heating is not as expected. My Philips kettle of 1.5L is equal to Wipro kettle 1.7L. But Philip have leakage issues. Wipro kettle design is very good hence no leakage. I like the Outer insulation which prevents us from burning of skin. Cord length is also sufficient. Overall it is good.
