DONâT BUY AT ALL
Please read this review before you buy this, so I bought this toaster six months ago and after six months, it was not working properly. One of the grills were almost burning, so I returned it to the Wipro customer support and to my surprise, there is no customer support as such of this product and a lot of Wipro products. Only there is one email ID where you can email them the issue and they will arrange a pick up for you, so after a number of emails, they arrange the pick up their phone number, never actually work so itâs just the email after the pick up. I never received any update. When will it be returned? Will I get a new one? And two weeks passed by, and there was no update, so I tried to reach to their customer support again on the same email and the only reply. I got was sorry for the inconvenience and no other update that when we get back and when we are not, itâs been more than a month and I still havenât got the toaster or any update to be honest as well. Their phone number again doesnât work, so I believe that companies like this Agro Insta cuppa, they do Not Provide any Service. They are just white labelling stuff and we should avoid them only.

Stopped working after seven rounds.
On first using the toaster placed two slices of bread and they toasted evenly On inserting one slice of bread-toasted on one side. After using the toaster 7x- toaster stopped working- when the toaster lever was pressed to switch on position, lever did not stay depressed. Went through the step-by-step troubleshooting guide published on the Amazon website nothing fixed the issue. Return Window expired-unable to return to Amazon. Considering it cost £14/ INR Rs 1499-complete waste of money. Instead go to your local store and pick one up.

used for a week now. this is a very good product. the temperature settings look precise. 3 – golden, 4 – brown and crisp, 5 – more brown and super crisp. using on a daily basis.thos who worry about the lever not holding at the bottom – you must plugin and then try. place the bread in the place, set the temperature knob to the position, switch on, then push the lever. it’ll stay………..(cord length is an issue. it really small. but lightweight so can find a way to manage this)………other than that, its perfect.

Great pop-up toaster
This pop-up toaster is a great add-on to kitchen. It comes with 7 toast settings and button to stop toasting any moment. The removable crumbs tray in button and a lid to cover slots makes it easy to be dust proof. Definitely recommend it to buy.

Good product
The product is good but a bit inconveniently designed. Because of the short chord length, the calibration knob has to be on the other side, which is very inconvenient. Every time you need to check whether it is in the right temperature before you push in the breads. You need to put on the power and insert bread to make the cradle go down.
