Use and Care
1. You can wash the Forza cast-iron pre-seasoned grill pan and start using it immediately.
2. Wash under water with a soft sponge.
3. Once it is clean, dry the grill pan completely before storing it. This will prevent rusting of iron.
How to Season
1. Forza cast-iron is pre-seasoned. But if you need to season it again with time, then first wash it in warm water, heat the pan on medium flame for 2 – 3 mins.
2. Then apply cooking oil & leave it for 6 – 8 hours.
3. Heat again for 5 mins on medium flame and then store it in a dry place.

Heavy grill pan
Ordered this to replace my nonstick pan and must say you should switch to this pan as itâs really heavy and provides even cooking grills the best sandwiches , Paneer , Chaap tried them all and everything turned out so good , little issues in cleaning as itâs so heavy but otherwise itâs the best , comes with 25year replacement which is so good , has silicon leave to save the hands while lifting the pan . Just to mention works well on induction as well

Too heavy
The product is very nice. As cast iron pans are too heavy, this is very difficult to use in everyday life. After cleaning with soap, it needs to be wiped off with dry clothes to avoid rusting. And after every wash, seasoning is needed. So it’s a bit of hussle to use unlike tryply steel utensils

A must have cast iron grill pan
I was searching for this kind of product since long. And this is just amazing. It is quite heavy, great size , cooking in it is such a pleasure. Almunium products are available in plenty but this is non almunium, pre seadoned cast iron made and easy to handle. Making deliciuos paneer tikka is on my priority. The great grill design enables all extra oil easily eradicated. A must have product for your kitchen.
