Unsafe and poor quality!!!!
The blender stopped working within the first use. You can see the shards of the mixie inside in the photo. Very poor quality plastic and the motor as well. Just cheating the customer and unsafe to use. Amazon should discontinue selling this product on its website.

Third class product. The machine stopped working after 4 months. Blenderâs blade broke and when I called customer support in march they said theyâll send someone to fix it as this mixer is still under warranty. Nobody came till this day.Useless product and useless customer service.

Over priced product
As per the mentioned detail the product is not upto the marks, the big jar (750 ml jar) starts leaking from the bottom within 3 months even though before using big jar i ensure that the jar is properly tightened. I will suggest to buy this product with 2 jar instead of 3.

Jar’s thread ring got jammed in the grinder base and have to break it the residual part.
I have purchased the product in the month of Oct’22. Everything was going smoothly unless and until the thread ring of one of the jar got jammed in the grinder base and jar come off when turn/unturn leaving the thread ring in the grinder base. It was very difficult to take out residual part from the thread. I do not think I can get a replacement of said jar and if it is available in the open market I will manage to replace one. But this is for the information of the manufacturer to take care of the aspect so that no more such complaints may occur in future.
