The adjustment knob (Thinnest 1 – Thickest 7, 0.5mm – 2.5mm) makes it easy to determine your preferred thickness. Recommended level 1-2 for making dumpling and wonton wrappers, level 3-4 for pasta and noodles, level 5-7 for rolling different thickness of the dough.
REMOVABLE CLAMP
It is portable and can move to any of your preferred tabletops whenever you want to make noodles.
REMOVABLE HANDLE
The handle is made of ABS, ergonomic and comfortable. It is also removable for quick mode-switching between roller, thin cutter and thick cutter and for easy storage.

Same cheap crap sold under different names. BEWARE
Whatever name they put up on Amazon it’s the same rubbish product that is sent to you. When it comes the product has no brand name on it, no details, no literature. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. This seems to be a scam.on the part of one cheap manufacturer who claims different names and says product is made in Italy. I do not believe this for a minute as it’s so so so cheap and poor quality. Do not buy pasta maker on Amazon.

Okayish product… Fit of rolling key and attachment handle not that good.
The stand and rolling attachments keep slipping and its also difficult for one person operation as there is no support place for dough while input or output.However, decent enough, the machine itself is sturdy and does the job.Edit:Product: not as shown in pic, therefore difficult to handle.Packaging: severally dented box with no padding.Use: Increasingly difficult on each subsequent use, as the dough sticks and dries however much you have cleaned it beforehand… Dough keeps tearing… and machine keeps jamming with dried dough.Blades of fettuccine n spaghetti not sharp enough to separate the strands.The end of dough gets stuck in all three and doesn’t come out clean.Maintainence: Supremely supremely difficult to clean (on each subsequent use)esp, the jammed parts as you can’t see or access the underneath portion. No tools provided. Very very frustrating.Conclusion: Frankly, I could have easily done the same thing manually in the same time.At the end it depends on the type of workout you want – squats(repeatedly picking up the falling pin, which btw is not as sturdy as shown in pic) ;orArm workout from rolling the dough manually (p.s.-less cleanup, just smaller noodles if you don’t have a large rolling pin and bench.)
